Recent health challenges, including emergency hospitalization for a skin infection, highlight the risks of prolonged stress.
Despite these challenges, I continue to build and secure 55.054 million blockchain assets and produce vital content.

It’s not the people who are broken. It’s the system.
The consequences:
Losing access to official residential registration due to unconventional living situations, trapping them in a 'postal paradox' where without an address, basic rights and services are restricted (source: Feantsa).
Being excluded from essential financial services (banking), social support, and basic rights, including healthcare and employment (source: European Commission, OHCHR). For many, being unable to prove a fixed address prevents access to bank accounts, benefits, and even the right to vote.
Falling through cracks in outdated, complex systems that lead to "non-take-up" of benefits, with over one-third of entitled individuals not receiving support due to administrative hurdles (source: Eurofound). This bureaucratic burden can be soul-killing, prolonging precariousness and denying dignity (source: Refuge journal).
Bridge of Light is conceived not only as a personal survival effort but as a platform to support those caught in this invisible trap. Together, we can build tools, resources, and advocacy to break these barriers.
I never imagined I’d be one of the 1.2 million.
I come from economic engineering, international sailing, strategic marketing, and decades of cultural journalism. I built platforms for mental health, music therapy, blockchain transparency, and community finance.
But in May 2025, the Dutch government removed me from the civil registry—because I live year-round on a boat. No address. No access. No rights.

Cpt JayR and his media production and publishing service Digit PaxMentis is not a startup. It’s a survival mechanism, which started officially at beginning of spring 2024.
JayR trained as a certified sea captain (Dutch master, 500 tons for commercial traditional sailing ships), ready to launch a sailing charter in April 2020. COVID-19 crushed that plan. What followed were two years of cognitive fog, isolation, and bureaucratic dead ends.
In the Netherlands, you can’t start a business without a registered residential address. Living on a boat as JayR is doing on his 37 ft little wooden 2-master ? That means You’re invisible. No KVK registration. No legal entity. No support.
From March to December 2024, Cpt JayR tried everything:
📉 Pinterest & Instagram: no market transparency, no ROI.
🚩 Google’s AI: flagged and shut down Cpt JayR's Shopify store for printable apparels (eco positive fashion brand PoM with 23 collections).
⚠️ Reddit community: engagement, but no monetization.
Every system was gamed. Every platform a facade. So he stopped playing their game—and built his own.
